At Westside, we have a seven-year program in place that takes our children from their first day of 6th grade until the day they graduate from high school. We have formed our youth into two groups: Junior High (grades 6-8) and High School (grades 9-12).

Every Sunday both our Junior and Senior High groups gather at 9 a.m. - starting with games, stories and fellowship, followed by time where the individual groups learn about who God is, who we are in Christ, and how God has called us to live, in a hands-on way.

The Junior High group has begun a new assembly called "The Bridge". They are called from the 10:00 Sunday worship service to join in class discussions where they take a closer look into essential biblical principals and real life situations.

The Senior High group attends the Sunday service and prepares to discuss the sermon at next Sunday's 9 a.m. gathering.

Periodically, the youth leaders plan special events for our youth groups. These activities have included trips to the movies, bowling, paintball and the (much anticipated) annual "Lock-In."
