Westside Christian Fellowship was established in 1978, known then as the Beach Fellowship because of its meeting location at Will Rogers State Beach.

The church met faithfully each Sunday at this location until 1982, when it relocated to an indoor facility. The church moved to its present location on Colorado Blvd. in Santa Monica in 1988. The actual building was previously a warehouse and and has been transformed to its current appearance through the hard work and dedication of its members.

Throughout its unusual history, WCF's passion has remained the same:

• To know the God of Scripture
• To worship Him in spirit and in truth
• To live lives of faith that are dependent on Him and His Word
• To encourage one another in the life of faith we lead
• To make Him known to the world in which we live

Our greatest desire is to glorify God in all that we do and all that we are, and to realize the fullness of joy in life that comes from knowing Him.
